In this course educators learn how to create a classroom culture built on student cooperation, leadership and helpfulness. They learn the essential formula of communication and how to apply this in any instructional situation.

This provides educators a more in-depth understanding of the technology of study, along with the tools for making the teaching and learning of any subject more efficient and effective. There is a gap that exists between teaching and comprehension. This course enables teachers to easily bridge that gap. Included is a checklist to develop lesson plans. The result an educator who can get his subjects understood.
