This data is here to help you to prepare for your stay at the Spanish Lake Campus of Applied Scholastics International.

Whether you are planning on staying for a day or for a month we hope to make your stay as enjoyable and distraction-free as possible.

Transport to/from the Airport

We are happy to pick you up at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Please let us know your flight information and arrival time once you have your flight booked.

Campus Vital Information

The address is Applied Scholastics International, 11755 Riverview Drive, St. Louis, MO 63138.  If you are having items mailed to you, they should note ‘Guest’.  They will be routed to the Accommodations Manager and he will make sure they get to you.

The phone number is 314-355-6355.  From 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, the Receptionist will take messages. After those hours, there is an option on the phone menu that directs callers to leave messages for guests. All messages get routed to the Accommodations Manager and he will get them to you.

The Rooms

The campus rooms that are provided are dormitory style.  This means that our staff will clean your room and do a bed linen change once a week.  We will provide fresh towels on request or once per week along with the bed linen change.  You’ll find hand soap in the bathrooms, but we do not provide shampoo and conditioner, etc.

Other Facilities Available on the Campus

There are fully equipped laundry and ironing rooms conveniently located on each floor for your use. If you have dry cleaning that needs to be done, our Accommodations Manager can arrange for it to be picked up and dropped back off at the campus at standard dry cleaning rates.

Each floor has a business center with an Internet-access computer, printer capability and phone.

Cell phone reception is generally fine on the campus.  You’ll find some locations a bit better than others – it varies with the phone and the service you have.

Each floor has a lounge with a VCR and DVD players, a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

We have a ping-pong table on the second floor central lobby and a pool table on the third floor central lobby.

Meal Times

Our dining room is open for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  Lunch is available from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and dinner is from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If you have special dietary needs please let us know before you arrive and we will try to accommodate you if we can.

We have a campus store that provides snacks, toiletries and other items that you may need or want.

The Weather

There are four distinct seasons in the St. Louis area. In the late fall and winter months, you will need to have warm clothing with a heavy coat or jacket, gloves and a hat.

The spring and summer months can be much warmer and you will need to have lighter clothing. Below is the average high and low temperature for the area at different times of the year:
